  • Have a residential address in 50 U.S. states(*)
  • Have income in USA
* If you plan to apply for the card while you still reside outside USA, please make sure the following information is fixed and will not be altered before beginning the application process.
  • Date of relocating to USA
  • Work address in USA
  • Type of Visa (E1, J1, L1, etc.)
  • Approximate annual income
